1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Carriers
We ship using the following carriers:
- UPS
- FedEx
Carrier selection is based on package size, weight, and destination.

Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders. Any applicable promotions will be displayed at checkout.
4. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected separately by customs authorities.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be restricted from shipping to specific regions due to carrier limitations or local regulations. If an item cannot be shipped to your location, you will be notified at checkout.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for large or heavy items.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website.
Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
7. Shipping Delays
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier service disruptions
- Severe weather or natural disasters
- Customs holds (international orders)
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Force majeure events
If your shipment is significantly delayed, please contact us at sales@loud4less.com and we will do our best to assist.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:
- Confirm the shipping address on your order
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
If the issue remains unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date at sales@loud4less.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
9. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please:
- Take photos or video of the packaging and product before opening fully
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@loud4less.com
- Include your order number and photos in your message
We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
10. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at sales@loud4less.com. We will attempt to correct it before shipment, but cannot guarantee changes once an order is in processing.
