Orders & Payment

How do I place an order? Browse our products at loud4less.com/shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe.

What payment methods do you accept? We currently only accept bank transfers. 

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? Orders can be modified or canceled before they ship. Contact us as soon as possible at sales@loud4less.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it falls under our Return Policy.

Will I receive an order confirmation? Yes. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided at checkout once your order is placed. A second email with tracking information will follow once your order ships.

Do I need an account to place an order? No. Guest checkout is available. However, creating an account allows you to track order history and manage returns more easily.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to process my order? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

What carriers do you use? We ship via UPS, and FedEx depending on the size and destination of your order.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.

How do I track my order? You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use that number on the carrier's website to monitor delivery status.

What if my package arrives damaged? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@loud4less.com with photos or video of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return window? You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.

How do I start a return? Email sales@loud4less.com with your order number and reason for return. We will issue a Return Authorization (RMA) with instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Who pays for return shipping? Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product on arrival).

How long does a refund take? Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we inspect the returned item. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit.

Are there items that cannot be returned? Yes. Non-returnable items include special orders, clearance items, custom enclosures, installed or wired equipment, and opened DSP calibration files.

Products & Compatibility

Are your products brand new? Yes. All products sold on loud4less.com are brand new unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Do your products come with a manufacturer warranty? Yes. Products carry their respective manufacturer warranties. We can assist with warranty coordination — contact us at sales@loud4less.com and include your order number and a description of the issue.

How do I know which amplifier or DSP is compatible with my vehicle? Compatibility varies by vehicle and existing audio system. If you're unsure, contact us at sales@loud4less.com or call +1 (561) 225-6400 and our team will help you find the right fit.

Do you offer installation services? We do not provide installation services directly. We strongly recommend professional installation for all mobile audio equipment. Improper installation can void manufacturer warranties.
